What is included

Six things, in every agreement, with a monthly report showing what actually happened.

  • Patching. Operating system and third-party updates on a tested schedule, in a maintenance window you agreed to.
  • Endpoint protection. Managed detection and response on every device, with automated containment running continuously.
  • Backup. Protected daily, and we test a restore monthly. A backup nobody has restored from is a hypothesis.
  • Identity. Joiner, mover, leaver handled properly. MFA enforced, access reviewed quarterly.
  • Help desk. Email, phone, or portal, with response targets written into the agreement by severity.
  • Reporting. Tickets, patch compliance, backup success, every month.
